"Congress hall" Trípoli, Lebanon

This auditorium is located within the Congress Fair of Trípoli the second biggest city in Lebanon after Beirut. The Fair was fully designed by the famous brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer. Once it was almost finished the civil war broke out in Lebanon and the complete fair remained useless for the last twenty years.
